Robert Half is partnering with an organization that's looking to add a Talent Partner to their HR team based in Ottawa. This is a full-time/permanent role working hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and securing top talent.
  • Act as the primary resource for all talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives.
  • Administer Lever ATS; experience with Juicebox is considered an advantage.
  • Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and key organizational stakeholders.
  • Work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
