This role involves partnering with hiring managers, understanding business needs, developing sourcing strategies, and driving the recruitment lifecycle from talent mapping to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical and non-technical hiring, excellent stakeholder management, and a proven ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.
