Dodo Payments is the Monetisation Engine for AI-native products. We're a Merchant of Record + Billing & Monetization platform that helps SaaS, AI, and digital businesses accept payments globally, automate billing, and stay fully compliant with taxes and regulations in 220+ countries.
We're scaling from 30 to 50 people and need someone to own hiring, onboarding, and people operations end to end.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Talent Partner to own the full employee lifecycle — recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and performance. You'll work directly with founders and team leads to hire great people fast, get them productive quickly, and keep the team engaged as we scale.
This isn't an HR policy role. You'll be in the weeds — running hiring processes, talking to candidates, solving people problems, and building the foundations of our people function.
