About the role
The Talent Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enabling Coalition's global hiring engine and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who likes to own problems, move fast, and get things done—even when the path forward isn't obvious.
You'll be at the center of interview orchestration, candidate experience, and operational excellence across the People & Talent organization. This role is ideal for an early-career operator who thrives on creating momentum and impact, and who wants to grow into a broader Talent role over time.
You'll work cross-functionally with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Marketing, and People partners, helping define how Coalition attracts, engages, and supports top talent globally. We're looking for someone who operates comfortably in EST hours to support stakeholders across the U.S. and Europe.
