Talent Operations Specialist

As the Talent Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling the systems, processes, communications, and operational rhythms that power Global Talent Management at Arc’teryx.

You will support the execution of strategic talent priorities by bringing structure, clarity, coordination, and operational excellence to complex cross‑functional initiatives. Working across programs, stakeholders, and regions, you will help ensure Talent work is aligned, scalable, data‑informed, and connected to broader business priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic coordination and operational execution, who can manage details while also understanding the bigger picture of how teams, systems, and experiences come together to drive impact.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
