About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to own recruiting coordination and employee onboarding at Numeral. You’ll be the connective tissue between our recruiting team, hiring managers, and new hires, making sure every candidate and every new employee has a seamless experience from first interview to first quarter on the job.
