**About the role**
**What you will do**
- Help our Software Engineers find new projects within AgileEngine;
- Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company);
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;
- Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
- Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.
**Must haves**
- **1+ years** **of prior experience in an IT company as a recruiter or HR**;
- Highly developed listening and communication skills;
- You are an energetic, proactive, and well-organized person;
- Upper-Intermediate level of **English** and above;
- Great attention to detail.
**Nice to haves**
- You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
- You have strong GTD skills.
