President University is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Management Supervisor to support and oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives.


Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for academic and non-academic positions.
  • Support workforce planning with faculty and department leaders.
  • Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Support talent review and succession planning activities.
  • Implement learning and development programs.
  • Maintain competency frameworks and career development initiatives.
  • Monitor and report talent management metrics and outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Master's Degree in Psychology (I/O).
