Key Responsibilities And Tasks


Recruiting and Sourcing

  • Participation in the sourcing and building a database of high-caliber candidates through Managing all channels to reach to candidates including referrals, e-sourcing, on and off line advertising, and events
  • Supporting Talent leads in all assigned requisitions from requirements definition, sourcing, selection, through to on-boarding and induction
  • Support students through coaching and mentoring
  • Conduct market surveys and analyze market data to inform and influence hiring decisions
  • Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for talents needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas


Employer Branding

  • Represent the company at Career Fairs, internal or external events, campaigns, etc.
