- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering) for academic and non-academic roles
- Design and implement talent management initiatives (performance review, succession planning, and talent mapping)
- Collaborate with faculty leaders and internal stakeholders to identify strategic workforce needs
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline (local and international candidates)
- Support employee development and engagement programs
- Ensure HR processes are executed efficiently and aligned with institutional standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent management
