Your Contribution:


The Talent Management Intern will be responsible for providing support to the North America Talent Management team.

  • Support to Talent Acquisition on postings, interviews, and candidate communication.

  • Maintain and record class information in SuccessFactors TM modules.

  • Support employer branding and social media content planning.

  • Assist with engagement activities, surveys, and employee events.

  • Assist in Learning & Development programs activities.

  • Reporting and system cleanup. 

  • Assist with HR procedure and system-related documentation and enhancements.
  • Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • Student of Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, Comunication or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • English Advanced.

  • Project Management skills.
