Executive - Talent Management Function Human Resources Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the Executive - Talent Management you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the Lead - Talent Management. The purpose of your role is to primarily focus on enhancing core talent processes such as talent reviews, career rotations, manpower investment planning, performance management, organizational design, and building automated tools that leaders can use to more objectively evaluate scope, scale, and complexity of key leadership roles. A critical part of this role will involve partnering with other teams such as: Business HR teams, and business stakeholders around the world.
