**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree. A master’s or post-graduation in related areas is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Experience with SAP, HRIS, Dayforce (Ceridian) as a plus.
- Fluent written and verbal skills in English - French or Swedish as a plus.
- Experience in organizational development. Experience in a global organization is ideal.
- Experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development, change management and project management, proven by relevant projects.
- Experience in a manufacturing organization is preferred.
