Talent Discovery Lead

In the Talent Discovery Team Lead role, you’ll work to lead, train, and support your team for their development. You’ll plan and develop strategies for talent acquisition. You’ll help your team and Hiring Managers to search, find, and attract the best talent in the market. You’ll be responsible of positioning Media.Monks in the market as the best talent attraction brand in the world.

• Lead, train, and support the team to understand better the internal processes and develop them.
• Carry out the KPIs of the area and show the results to management.
• Ensure process compliance.
