Monks is seeking a Talent Discovery Coordinator to attract, recruit, and deliver a top-notch candidate experience within our Talent Discovery team. You will refine recruitment practices, ensure a positive journey, promote best practices, and source emerging talent to drive agency success.

You will manage end-to-end interview scheduling, maintain job descriptions, collaborate with Talent Operations, and support onboarding with HR and IT, while contributing to ongoing projects and direct sourcing
