Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing development initiatives to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce that aligns with our business and people strategy.

Training and Learning

• Design, implement, and facilitate training programs and workshops aimed at enhancing colleagues'/managers skills, knowledge, and performance, including onboarding, interpersonal skills, and line manager training.
• Utilize a variety of delivery methods, including digital learning, workshops, coaching, etc.
• Work closely with Talent Development colleagues to ensure that learning content is approached in a holistic and aligned way.
