The role focuses on supporting the company’s talent strategy, designing learning and development initiatives, and fostering a culture that encourages growth and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Support the talent strategy and processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, career development and internal mobility.
- Drive a ‘Craft Your Career’ mindset by providing frameworks for personal growth.
- Design and deliver learning and development initiatives, such as leadership programmes, coaching culture, and the engaged learning catalogue.
- Manage and enhance the learning ecosystem and LMS platform and analyse training impact through data and insights.
