Role Overview

As the Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing talent programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance to drive CNL’s strategy and overall business ambition.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership
    • Define leadership profile and develop leaders to take the organization into the future.
    • Define leadership capabilities and skill sets.
    • Identify leadership attributes and experience streams.
    • Build, deploy, and manage leadership program(s).
  • Talent Management
    • Establish a talent management strategy that ensures the organization knows its workforce and can move the right people in the right roles at the right time.
    • Create a talent management approach.
    • Build talent programs that integrate key HR programs, such as succession planning, and best practices.
