The Employee Success Manager (ESM) at REDspace is pivotal in ensuring team excellence through strategic leadership. You will work directly with technical staff, executing development initiatives and enhancing employee relations while focusing on optimizing project delivery and nurturing project-based cultures within our organization.

• Manage structured 1:1 meetings to discuss career goals
• Design pathways for talent growth and retention
• Oversee onboarding to ensure cultural fit and productivity
