Overview

Fortra is looking for a Talent Development Coordinator who will support the delivery of talent development and training programs to enable employee growth and organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on operational and administrative aspects of talent development, including program logistics, learner communications, learning system support, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring programs run smoothly and as designed through coordination, communication, and system administration.
