About the Project
You will be part of the Hazel McCallion LRT project, playing a key role in driving its success and contributing to one of Canada’s most exciting infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the Manager – Talent Acquisition with organizing and scheduling interviews.
- Attend interviews and consolidate notes for record keeping.
- Manage the company website for posting.
- Generate relevant forms to comply with the recruitment process.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with hiring managers on the development of job descriptions.
- Experience in reporting and working on ad‑hoc reports.
- Coordinate with the broader Human Resources team on onboarding.
- Communicate with the Information Technology department to ensure a smooth onboarding for external candidates and secondments.
