About the Project

You will be part of the Hazel McCallion LRT project, playing a key role in driving its success and contributing to one of Canada’s most exciting infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager – Talent Acquisition with organizing and scheduling interviews.
  • Attend interviews and consolidate notes for record keeping.
  • Manage the company website for posting.
  • Generate relevant forms to comply with the recruitment process.
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with hiring managers on the development of job descriptions.
  • Experience in reporting and working on ad‑hoc reports.
  • Coordinate with the broader Human Resources team on onboarding.
  • Communicate with the Information Technology department to ensure a smooth onboarding for external candidates and secondments.
