Job Description

The Growth & Community Manager is responsible for growing and engaging the client's job seeker community. This role focuses on proactive outreach across email, text, social media, and job platforms, promoting the client's service, and keeping HubSpot records accurate and organized.

We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing communication, systems, and community growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Growth & Outreach

  • Reach out to new and existing job seekers across email, text, Instagram, Facebook groups, and job platforms.
  • Turn outside candidates (Indeed, social media, giveaways, target lists) into active job seekers for the client.
  • Connect daily with candidates who are actively job searching and guide them to the client's platform.

2. Candidate Engagement & Product Promotion

  • Help job seekers understand the product's value and the benefits of it.....
