In this role, you will act as a consultant and partner to our Lightspeed leaders and People Business Partners (PBPs), operating with a high degree of autonomy and judgment.Your responsibilities will focus on delivering high-impact, measurable capability-building programs for leadership audiences. You will facilitate leadership development programming to Lightspeed Leaders, use your HR expertise to partner with leaders and PBPs to identify performance gaps, design and deliver tailored leadership and capability solutions, and measure their effectiveness to drive concrete business results, and you’ll provide tailored enablement and guidance to PBPs and leaders on Talent & Capability initiatives, eg, Talent Cycles, Engagement Survey Action Planning.<...
