Talent Attraction Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist who’s eager to help bring our strategy to life and find talent inspired to join us in powering Canadian commerce. In this role, you’ll help shape how talent discovers, connects with, and chooses Moneris through proactive sourcing and creative outreach. You’ll build talent pipelines across a variety of roles while supporting hiring events, early talent programs, and employer brand initiatives that use storytelling to bring our employee value proposition to life. We’re looking for someone who is curious, a strong communicator, and energized by connecting with people. You can be early in your talent attraction journey or bring transferable experience from sales or marketing roles. You have some experience using sourcing tools and are comfortable leveraging AI in your day‑to‑day work.
