• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a high volume of frontline F&B positions across Kitopi's restaurant operations.
• Source and attract top culinary and front‑of‑house talent through multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit and operational readiness.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests and hiring events with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
