Job Description
- Responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for high-volume roles, from aligning the profile with the hiring manager and defining sourcing strategy to actively hunting talent, conducting competency-based interviews, following the full process and issuing offers—ensuring technical fit and alignment with the Company’s strategy, culture and values (Ypê).
- Develop and implement talent attraction strategies to identify professionals with potential who are aligned with the business needs.
- Act consultatively with hiring managers and internal teams, building relationships and ensuring clear, efficient communication throughout all stages of the selection process.
- Ensure the best possible experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment and selection policies and guidelines, acting as a guardian of the area’s practices. <...
