Job Summary
The HR Talent Attraction and Retention Specialist supports the organization's manpower and people development needs by managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, training coordination, employee relations, and HR administration. This role ensures that HR policies, programs, and benefits are implemented effectively while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards. You will work closely with leaders, employees, external partners, and government agencies to help create a productive, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Process and validate manpower requests in accordance with the approved organizational structure
