Talent Associate

Responsibilities

• At Rho, we seek to attract, develop and retain extraordinarily talented people. As a Talent Associate, you will uphold that exceptional standard and refine the infrastructure that enables us to hire great people.
• Build exceptional end‑to‑end searches, improve our Talent operating rhythm, and leverage AI as a force‑multiplier.
• Report directly to Rho’s VP of People & Talent and be based out of our Salt Lake City, New York, or San Francisco office, 5 days a week.
• Build relationships with the best talent in the tech ecosystem and find creative ways to connect with people.
• Focus on quality over quantity, ensuring a lean team of A+ talent.
• Strengthen our talent brand: partner with marketing to run events and brainstorm.
• Develop rigorous hiring processes across the business and advise hiring teams on building better searches.
