In Thailand, we partner closely with business leaders and HR to ensure hiring practices are consistent, explainable, and aligned to local market realities.

About the role - you will:

  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment for the Korat site, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offer consultation, and closing assigned requisitions.

  • Act as the on‑site TA Lead for Korat, providing hands‑on support, daily guidance, and coaching to the TA team, while managing key or complex hires.

  • Partner closely with Korat business leaders to understand hiring needs, respond to urgent or ad‑hoc requests, and deliver results with speed and governance.
