Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Compensation & Benefits and Rewards projects
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Assist in pay structure design, job evaluation, and grading exercises
- Analyze payroll and HR data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and dashboards
