Your mission should you accept it:

As a Talent Advisor, your objectivewill be to recruit nested talents throughout Quebec to participate in the
construction of renewable, solar or wind energy parks. You will play a key role
in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent, while contributing to the
evolution and continuous improvement of recruitment practices. Acting as a
strategic partner to hiring managers, you will help deliver a high-quality candidate
experience and support the organization’s current and future talent needs.

This role is based at our Lévis,
Québec office in a hybrid work model.
