Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking a Talent Advisor!
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Advisor will build internal client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and managing candidates to support Shell Recharge Solutions’ aggressive growth goals. The role focuses on passive sourcing and outreach, high touch candidate relationship management, internal client satisfaction, process excellence, management of strategic TA programs, and delivery against TA goals. The Talent Advisor is a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
