Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist ( trilingual in Portuguese, English and Spanish) will deliver value to the business by managing full cycle recruiting, scheduling interviews, tracking recruiting metrics, executing a career fair strategy, serving as a recruiter for all non-executive roles, sourcing talent, and other duties as assigned. Execute full cycle recruiting, primarily for exempt and non-exempt roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Post positions on the company website, job boards, and college career sites. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for both passive and non-passive talent. Works with Talent Acquisition Management and P&CBPs to fill open roles. Maintain and track recruitment metrics through the ATS and Excel. Proactively contributes to the TA community of practice and provides feedback and support to the TA Centre of Excellence.
