You’re an extroverted process related individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have experience working with hiring managers from different areas of the business, candidates, and HR team members. You are driven to carry a process through end-to-end and have the experience to use interviews and tools to deliver top talent every time.
Your strengths include communication, organization, using metrics in your analysis and ability to share best practices while providing interview coaching and recommendations to hiring managers. You’re adept at using an ATS (iCIMs a bonus), can work your way around sourcing on LinkedIn (Boolean searches is a plus) and understand D&I hiring.
