Your core responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing high quality candidates
  • Processing new jobs into the system including entry on to CRIS systemand placing advertisements on job boards
  • Short listing, calling and interviewing candidates
  • Formatting CV’s and completing candidate profiles
  • Reference checking
  • Drafting emails for senior staff
  • Placement administration and other admin as required

    • Qualifications/experience:

  • Current tertiary qualifications
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft word and Excel
