The Scope:

This role is fully remote and offers the chance to work across diverse, high-priority markets, focusing on quality and speed of hire:

• Role Mix: You will manage a focused portfolio of 4 to 7 specialised roles, balanced between Non-Technical (approx. 80%) and Technical (approx. 20%) positions, ranging from Junior/Middle to Executive/C-Level
• Geographic Focus: You will engage with candidates and hiring managers across various regions, including the EU (e.g., SE, UK, NL, RO), Brazil, Ukraine, Armenia, and other global markets
• Projects: We are currently undergoing strategic transformation, enhancing and implementing many new practices. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in diverse recruitment-related projects and initiative.
