As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, this professional will ensure organization staffing needs are met through recruitment efforts. They will identify the appropriate sourcing options, work with managers to define needs, source, screen, and interview candidates. They will also actively participate in employer branding initiatives, promoting the organization as an employer of choice through various channels.
