Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely updates and smooth recruitment operations.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • atleast 6 months experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
