Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to the arrival of new employees, mainly for our IT positions
  • Work closely with your client managers to fully understand their goals, challenges and operations in order to develop a personalized candidate attraction and assessment strategy
  • Use your headhunting skills to discover and attract our target candidates and subsequently assess their potential
  • Act as an ambassador for Intelcom to provide an unparalleled candidate experience
