Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (trilingual in Portuguese, English and Spanish) will deliver value to the business by managing full cycle recruiting, scheduling interviews, tracking recruiting metrics, executing a career fair strategy, serving as a recruiter for all non-executive roles, sourcing talent, and other duties as assigned.

  • Execute full cycle recruiting, primarily for exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Post positions on the company website, job boards, and college career sites.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for both passive and non-passive talent.
  • Works with Talent Acquisition Management and P&CBPs to fill open roles.
  • Maintain and track recruitment metrics through the ATS and Excel.
  • Proactively contributes to the TA community of practice and provides feedback and support to the TA Centre of Excellence.
