Job Description
Our client is a leading retail brand, high-growth retail scale-up, seeking 2 experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiters for 3- 6 months at their Durban Head office. to support a critical period of growth and transformation. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a range of mid-to-senior level roles, with a primary focus on Retail Operations, Finance, and Marketing functions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be instrumental in attracting top talent to drive our business forward.
Duties & Responsibilities
Partner closely with Hiring Managers in Retail Operations, Finance, and Marketing to define role requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage candidate pipelines.
