Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping and candidate engagement

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles

Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events while promoting its employer brand
