Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a strong preference for experience in aviation or aerospace domain. This role requires a strategic, hands-on recruiter who can attract high-quality talent, build strong pipelines, and partner effectively with hiring managers to deliver operational excellence and a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
