I) Job Objectives:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing recruitment and hiring efforts across multiple entities within the organization. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and interviewing qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline recruitment activities and promote the employer's brand.

1) Recruitment Tracker Update:

  • Produce a revised recruitment tracker on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain an updated applicant tracking list for all job openings.
