Job Description
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Screen applications and support candidate shortlisting through thoughtful assessment of qualifications and role requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to facilitate effective recruitment outcomes and positive working relationships.
