Job Description

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview schedules

- Support recruitment projects initiatives

Requirements

- Fresh graduates with bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines)

- internships, projects, or exposure to recruitment/HR is an advantage

- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office
