Talent Acquisition Specialist-Contract

Cpl HR recruitment is looking to speak with experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists for an 18 month contract with an Irish owned organisation based in Dublin City. This is a hands-on role owning end-to-end recruitment and partnering closely with managers supporting the business needs. Roles and responsibilities will include: Manage full-cycle recruitment from briefing to onboarding Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and plan workforce needs Source and screen candidates across multiple functions Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process Manage offers and support new-hire onboarding Champion an inclusive, positive candidate experience Skills and experience required: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in professional services or public sector space Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple roles A proactive, solutions-focused approach Passion for delivering a great ...
