Key responsabilities:

• Attract, map, build pipelines and hire high-quality talent. Support functions, focusing on operational, technical and leadership roles.
• Proactively engage in headhunting and direct sourcing to identify active and passive candidates across different channels.
• Build and maintain external pipelines to ensure a diverse and agile talent pool for future business needs.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand talent gaps and design forward-looking hiring strategies.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments, collaborating across departments and geographies.
• Advocate for the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, ensuring timely, respectful and informative communication.
