Job Summary

The position of Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable to the Human Resources Manager to develop and execute a talent strategy within North America. This includes a wide range of talent acquisition activities such as sourcing key talent, creating candidate pipelines, networking to build strong relationships within the pharmaceutical industry, being a brand ambassador and playing a key role in our social media presence.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent and branding strategies, including market intelligence, designed to support the company’s short and long‑term strategic goals.
  • Proactively partner with management, HR Business Partners, and Finance to understand workforce planning outcomes, budgets and forecasts.
