Position Purpose

The Specialist—Talent Acquisition assists with hiring, beginning as soon as a candidate accepts an offer and continuing until their first day of joining. They follow up with candidates who have pending drug tests or background checks, and with unsigned or pending offers, welcoming new hires and providing an orientation to help them acclimate.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and monitor background checks.
  • Facilitate candidate offers.
  • Provide assistance to candidates related to the recruitment process.
  • Discuss onboarding pre‑employment requirements and follow up with candidates as necessary.
  • Collect all required documents and coordinate hiring‑related activities.
  • Conduct regular audit checks to ensure consistency and compliance of the TA process.
